Here at Focused On Fatherhood, we are committed to 3 goals: educating fathers on their rights, roles and responsibilities; encouraging fathers to play an active and positive role in their children's lives; and connecting them with the resources to make it all possible. We strive to help all fathers we come into contact with become/stay confident in their abilities to parent effectively and eager to do so. Explore our website to learn more about all that we’re doing to make this possible. We are currently in the process of becoming a fully incorporated non-profit entity in Maryland, and appreciate donations of any kind, whether they be financial or by way of volunteering your time to assist us in our works.
The Collective
Support Group
At Focused On Fatherhood, we are dedicated to supporting fathers and families through our various initiatives. With one of our initiatives being The Collective, a support group for fathers, with regular meetings, we are always striving to make a difference. Whether it is news that a man needs to share, a question a man needs to ask, a resource a man needs to find, or an encouraging word a man needs to hear, we know that all in need deserve our help and support.

The More You Know
With our mission always in mind, we work tirelessly to improve the lives of fathers from all walks of life. Ensuring that fathers know their rights, roles and responsibilities are things that we take very seriously, and work to enhance each and every day. We will soon be introducing a series of classes designed specifically for those who may be new to fatherhood and need to learn what it takes to parent effectively, and those who may just want to sharpen their skills. Periodically, we will also offer workshops on specific topics for all fathers, with a major focus on fathers' legal rights.

Hang Time
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for fathers and families throughout our communities to come together for pure fun, in a multitude of ways. Many fathers want not only to spend quality time with their own children, but also with other fathers and their children as well. Additionally, man children in our communities are growing up without an actively involved father in their lives. Our events are design to encourage mothers and others to bring those children out to hang with positive male figures, and see what that entails. It is our hope that this will help guide our young men before they become fathers themselves.
